What's New at Studio 8 Fitness
- In June, the Studio 8 Donates Campaign will work with the Abraham House to provide items for the clients that they help.

The Utica Rescue Mission
The Family Place - a program of The Neighborhood Center
Studio 8 Donates was organized as a way to give back to the local community. Stay tuned to find out where the next donations will take place.
- Hatha Yoga, taught by Kristy Caruso, will begin on April 7th. The classes are designed to assist you in the transition from winter to spring. Ancient practices encourage us to flow with the rhythms of nature, and spring is about separating what is necessary from unnecessary. This session will focus on detoxification, increasing circulation, building heat and making space for change. Kristy uses breath work, postures and Yogic philosophy to guide others towards their fullest potential, while creating an environment for self-exploration to unfold.
